L’utente che per qualsiasi ragione non si ritenesse soddisfatto dell’acquisto effettuato sul sito deve inviare entro 15 giorni una comunicazione scritta all’indirizzo e-mail hello@dirttapes.com includendo gli estremi identificativi necessari ad individuare l’acquisto (numero ordine e nominativo)
L’utente sarà informato delle modalità concernenti la restituzione del prodotto. L’invio della comunicazione potrà validamente essere sostituito dalla restituzione del prodotto acquistato, purché nei medesimi termini. Farà fede fra le parti la data di consegna all’ufficio postale o allo spedizioniere (da tenere la ricevuta di spedizione)
In caso di recesso, il titolare rimborserà i pagamenti ricevuti dall’utente e le spese di spedizione dell'acquisto (se questo non rientra in un acquisto con spedizione gratuita) entro e non oltre 15 giorni dal giorno nel quale l'ordine è stato consegnato al cliente.
Il titolare rimborserà l’utente nelle stesse modalità di pagamento utilizzate dall’utente per l’acquisto online.
L’utente deve restituire i prodotti a proprie spese entro il termine di 15 giorni dalla data in cui ha ricevuto il prodotto.

RETURNS
A user who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made on the site must send a written communication to the email address hello@dirttapes.com within 30 days, including the identification details necessary to identify the purchase (order number and name)
The user will be informed of the methods concerning the return of the product. Sending the communication may validly be replaced by the return of the purchased product, provided that it is within the same terms. The delivery date to the post office or to the shipping agent will be valid between the parties (keep the shipping receipt)
In the event of withdrawal, the owner will refund the payments received from the user and the shipping costs of the purchase (if this is not part of a purchase with free shipping) no later than 30 days from the day on which the order was delivered to the customer.

The user must return the products at his/her own expense within 30 days from the date on which he/she received the product.
